Shipping & returns policy
Delivery
- We deliver across Kuwait. Delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
- Production starts after payment and design approval, usually 3–7 working days depending on the product and quantity.
- After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. We'll call you to arrange handover.
Made-to-order products
- All products are printed specifically with your design, so they can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or for mistakes in artwork supplied by the customer (e.g. typos or low-quality images).
- Please review the preview carefully before ordering. With "Design it for me" we send the design for your approval before printing.
Reprints and refunds
- If your item arrives damaged, has a printing fault on our side, or differs from your approved order, we reprint it free of charge or refund you.
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
- Slight colour differences between screen and print are normal and are not a defect.
Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled with a full refund before printing starts. Once printing has started, orders can't be cancelled.
Refund method
- Refunds go back to the original payment method (KNET or card) within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank.
