Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number and anything you add to your account.
• Delivery address, order details, invoices and quotations.
• Design files you upload or create for printing.
• WhatsApp conversations: the messages, photos, files and voice notes you send to our WhatsApp number, plus your WhatsApp display name and number.
• Technical data: website usage data and cookies.

2. How we use it

• To produce, print and deliver your orders, and send invoices and order confirmations.
• To answer your questions on WhatsApp or email and follow up on orders and quotations.
• To send you online payment links when you ask for them.
• To run your account, improve our services and measure website and ad performance.

3. WhatsApp

We use Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Your conversations and files with us are stored on our servers so our team can serve you and follow your order; only the relevant customer-service staff can see them.

Service messages (order confirmations, invoices, replies) are sent because you dealt with us. Promotional messages are sent only if you agreed — for example by ticking the box at checkout or sending «اشتراك» (subscribe).

You can stop promotional messages at any time by sending «إيقاف» (STOP) to our WhatsApp number; we stop immediately. Service messages about your orders may continue.

After a conversation we may send an optional one-question satisfaction survey.

4. AI assistant

Our team uses an AI assistant (provided by Anthropic) to suggest reply wording and summarise conversations. The relevant conversation text is processed only for that purpose and is not used to train AI models. A member of our team reviews and sends every reply.

5. Sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Our payment gateway (Hesabe) and its payment partners, to process payments. Card details are handled by the gateway and never stored on our site.
• Meta, to operate WhatsApp messaging.
• Delivery companies, to deliver your order.
• Technical providers that run our service: hosting, encrypted backups, email delivery and the AI assistant.
• Google, for analytics and advertising.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

6. Design files

Files and designs you send us are used only to produce your order; we don't publish them or use them in our marketing without your permission.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and measure website and ad performance. You can disable them in your browser, but parts of the site may not work properly.

8. Security and retention

We protect your data with appropriate measures, including encrypted connections, role-based access and encrypted backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We keep data only as long as needed to serve you or to meet legal and accounting obligations (such as invoices), then delete it.

9. Your rights and data deletion

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, including WhatsApp conversations and files. To request deletion:

• Send «احذف بياناتي» (delete my data) to our WhatsApp number, or email info@atlalprint.com from the address on your account.
• We'll verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days, and confirm when done.
• We may keep minimal records (such as invoices) where the law requires it.

10. Children

Our website is not aimed at people under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data without a guardian.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
